Inside Sales Manager
Major Areas of Responsibility
This position is responsible for
• Managing incoming calls (phone/email/in-person) and customer service inquiries
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Providing customers with accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools (product pricing, shipping time and costs, etc. as outlined in the CSR Manual)
• Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Initiating new business by cold calling prospective customers and upselling current customers
• Actively seeking new sales leads
• Conferring with customers throughout production to keep them informed of status of job
• Obtaining approval of any necessary materials to process order (i.e. artwork, ink samples, proofs,etc.)
• Creating and sending proper purchase order to vendor to fulfill order
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Obtaining approval of any necessary materials to process order (i.e. artwork, ink samples, proofs,etc.)
• Investigating, Resolving and then Documenting in Label Traxx customer complaints and requests for refunds, exchanges and adjustments
• Supporting Accounting with collection calls as requested
• Management is appropriately informed of area activities
• Adhering to all Safety, Quality, Environment, Security and Employee Handbook regulations, policies and procedures
