We are looking to hire several Physical Therapist Assistants for YO1 Center, a modern and unique exclusive resort & NatureCure and Ayurvedic wellness center (alternative healthcare) with guest rooms and support spaces totaling over 260,000 square feet located in Monticello, New York. The position is based in Monticello, NY within Sullivan County, two hours from Manhattan and a short drive from Middletown, Port Jervis and Milford.

The Physical Therapist Assistant at YO1 Center works under the supervision of Licensed Physical Therapists. The Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA will use physical treatment procedures to help improve mobility and relieve pain. Some of the techniques that the PTA will use include: massages, electrical stimulation, paraffin baths, hot and cold packs, traction and ultrasound and other assigned exercises.

+ Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.

+ Implement and modify the guests physical therapy plan of treatment under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist / PT.

+ Effectively collaborates within an Integrated Wellness Team (IWT) to meet outcomes


+ Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.

+ Current NY state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant / Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA.

+ One year of experience preferred. Will consider new graduates.

+ Current CPR certification preferred.

+ Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
