**Job Summary:**
Web.com's Lighthouse Customer Success team is responsible for all on-boarding and training of dental and real estate clients. We pride ourselves in world class customer service as we are the first interaction a new client experiences. To get our clients setup, the Customer Success Specialists work to understand the needs of the client, set the account up accordingly and ensure they have all the tools needed moving forward. The team also assists in additional trainings that may be needed throughout the lifetime of their account.
A typical day for a Customer Success Specialist might include:
* Educating new clients about their platform and how to best use their new tools.
* Coming up with creative solutions to provide a seamless on-boarding experience.
* Taking and fulfilling client requests.
* Performing post-training follow-up to ensure customer's feel at ease with their new software.
* Providing feedback to internal departments based on current product initiatives.
* Building value in our current features to help increase production for our clients.
* Being an ambassador of team culture and moral.
